• A participant withdraws from a course prior to the start date, subject to written notice.

5.2 Refund Schedule

• Before the course starts: A full refund (minus any administrative fee) will be issued if Edurec Globalis notified in writing at least 14 days before the start date.
• After the course starts:
  • If withdrawal occurs within the first 2 weeks, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued after two weeks of commencement unless exceptional circumstances apply.

5.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside these conditions may be considered in cases of:

• Serious illness (supported by medical documentation).
• Family emergency or other exceptional personal reasons.

5.4 Refund Processing

All refund requests must be made in writing to Edurec Global. Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of confirmation.

Please note: Course materials, administrative fees, and examination fees are non-refundable once issued or paid.

Refund-related personal data (such as bank details or proof of payment) is collected only for the purpose of processing the refund and is handled securely in compliance with GDPR.
