Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains the conditions under which students may receive a refund of tuition or other fees paid to the institution.

2. Application Fees

Application or registration fees are non-refundable, unless the institution cancels the course or program.

3. Tuition Fees

Refunds for tuition fees will depend on when the student withdraws from the course:

• Before the course starts: A full refund (minus any administrative fee) will be given if the institution is notified in writing at least 14 days before the start date.
• After the course starts:
  • If withdrawal occurs within the first 2 weeks, up to 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded.
  • No refund will be issued after the second week of classes.

4. Course Cancellation by the Institution

If the institution cancels or postpones a course and the student does not wish to transfer to another course, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds outside these conditions may be considered in cases of:

• Serious illness (supported by medical evidence)
• Family emergency or other exceptional circumstances

6. Refund Process

All refund requests must be made in writing and include relevant documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of the request being received.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Costs such as course materials, uniforms, accommodation fees, and examination fees are non-refundable once issued or paid.
